The FB Zombie Apocalypse Discussions: Post the Second
Lindsey: I really wish I could think of anything right now! August 27 at 8:04pm
J.T. : It’s O.K., it’s not until next week. I’m sure you’ll think of something. August 27 at 9:22 PM
Ian: A few different top-fives: Currently living people who would be most terrifying as zombies; Currently living people you suspect of already BEING zombies; Works of classic literature that would have been most improved by the presence of zombies. August 28 at 1:33 AM
Kate M*: the theories behind slow, clunky moving zombies and fast, energetic zombies. which is more realistic? probable? does amount of time dead affect this, and if so, how? August 28 at 5:12 AM
J.T.: Thanks for the ideas, guys, keep ‘em coming! August 28 at 11:20 AM
Lindsey: OH! Do a Top Ten List! Or just a discussion topic “You Know You’re a Zombie Enthusiast When”. Ask for stories. For me, I knew I’d become rewired for a zombie threat when I was leaving a friends house one night and saw a person walking towards me from down the street. They were dragging their feet a bit and not walking straight and my first thought was: ZOMBIE!! I got to my car quickly, trying to stay calm, I had that moment where I couldn’t get my keys in the car to unlock it fast enough, then hid in my car until the person had passed. Turns out, they were just drunk walking home from the bar. But my first thought was “ZOMBIE!” and I’ve never looked back. August 28 at 11:30 AM
J.T.: whose wall did Ian and Jim have that discussion on about tanks vs. motorcycles? August 28 at 12:18 PM
Ian: I think it was Jason’s August 28 at 8:52 PM
Jason: I think I may have fallen on the side of motorcycle. HOWEVER, upon further consideration, a tank IS a mobile shelter that is impenetrable to the undead. So, assume you have a fueling issue, you still have a place to stay safe. Not the most comfortable (or permanent) arrangement, but better than being on the open road with a zombie horde shambling your way. August 29 at 7:36 AM
Ian: The idea scenario, of course, is to have a tank to blast your way out of the area of highest population density, then switch to a motorcycle once you’re clear. September 1 at 7:19 PM
Lindsey: Can the four of us get married to each other? September 1 at 7:26 PM
Jason: Not sure that’s legal ANYWHERE. September 1 at 7:27 PM
Lindsey: I’m just noticing a solid foundation on which this quadrupled relationship can stand… and I have to say, I’m enamored… anyway, at the peak of a zombie apocalypse who’s going to stop us?… other than, you know, the undead? September 1 at 7:31 PM

*Kate, I realize, I have not introduced. She has been one of my best friends since first grade and is a computer engineer or something like that. If you are wondering who the rest of these people are and what they’re doing on my blog, read Post the First.
The following is taken directly from Facebook. The first is my status, the rest are the comments that followed. In it you will discover how the Zombie Apocalypse results in polyamory. F’real.
I haven’t read many Zombie books…watch more than I’ve read.
