I’m Just Getting Famouser and Famouser

BBAW-AWARD-Button2Look!  I’m all around the interwebosphere (as a certain blogger might say) this week!  Yay for me!

As you know, I guest posted on Literary Escapism earlier this week.

Then yesterday I was featured on Lost in Books’ 20 Questions.

And today I have a post right smack on the old BBAW site about the importance of buying books through blogs.

In fact, I might actually be reading this over your shoulder right now, scanning for my own typos.

Oh gentle readers, I am going to get a wee bit sappy here and say how much I heart you all.  Mainly, I heart you so much for letting me ramble on and on and on and occasionally leave you ridiculously long comments on your blogs or writing posts that turn out to be way longer than I remember having writing them (where do all of those extra words come from?).  Alas for me, brevity has never been my forte.

Which is why I sorta skipped the BBAW memes this least that–GASP–encouraged me to write things in 50 words or less or use pictures (which would have been cool if we could ever find the chargers to our digital cameras).

But, seeing how today is the last day of BBAW and all–and for many of you on various continents, it is already the day after BBAW, AKA September 19th, AKA Talk Like a Pirate Day, and perhaps you are post partying–I’m going to just say that I love you all and thanks for reading my blog and I hope that by this time next year my blog has blown the fuck up and I am making enough money to live on an island somewhere (with a really sweet internet connection and postal system so I can still get ARCs) and then you all can come celebrate BBAW with me on the beach IRL.

I hope I’m living on a neighboring island and our libraries can co-sponsor author visits!! I did see you around a lot this week — was proud to see your post in the BBAW stuff. I thought “Hey — I know her!”

Dammit! I totally forgot about Talk Like a Pirate day. Arrrrrrrgh. I was so looking forward to it, too.

Anyway, back to the sap–the blogosphere is such a great place to be. And it looks like you’re finding a really cozy spot here–kudos on all the guestposting famous stuff! And brevity is overrated. :)
