And the Winner Is…

tn_123_Patron_Silver_Tequila_1169924532No, we’re not giving away any tequila.  There are, after all, shipping laws.  But tequila–specifically Patrón muddled with limes–is how we like to celebrate here at Team Bibliofreak.

Thank you so much to everyone.  Whether you blogged, tweeted, made a YouTube video, or just signed up for the newsletter, we appreciate you all.  Your enthusiasm and feedback has been awesome.

The masterminds behind Bibliofreak went to Random.org and entered 1 on the low end and 4416 on the high end (we had a total of 4416 entries).

We ended up with 3476.

And that person is Brenda Hyde.

Brenda, congratulations, and I’ll be e-mailing you to get your info.  I still hope to be able to get it to you by Christmas.

We hope that you will stay subscribed to This Week at Bibliofreak, now that the contest is over.  We also hope that if you are shopping on Amazon, you go through our site.  This is how we finance our site, so everything helps.

We get a pretty small commission from Amazon, so giving away 15 Kindles was probably overly-ambitious on our part.

As it we made $63.81.

That’s O.K.  We learned a lot.  And we hope we exposed a lot of people to Bibliofreak.

And we’ll still have lots of other give aways.  For example, we’re currently giving a way a signed copy of the children’s book Listen to the Wind.

Thanks again to everyone who entered.
