Win Wake Up!
Would you like to win my gently-listened to audiobook of Wake Up: A Life of the Buddha by Jack Kerouac?
I’m having an international give away!
To enter, tell me where you like to listen to listen to audiobooks? Personally, I like to listen to them in the car, but also while I am cooking or ironing or folding laundry.
For extra entries:
tweet about this (+1)
blog about this (+3)
subscribe to my newsletter* (+1)
*you must be a subscriber to my newsletter, not just the blog.
And because I “read” this for the World Religion Challenge, you can earn even more entries:
if you are a participant in the challenge** (+5)
for each book you’ve read for the challenge*** (+1 each)
**you must have signed up in Mr. Linky or comments section of the World Religion Challenge.
***just tell me the titles of the books you’ve read, and make sure to put them in the review section on the challenge website. Yes, I finally got the Mr. Linky up for reviews a couple of weeks ago.
Things you should know: it’s only 5 discs long. This give away will go until the end of March. It will end at 11:59 PM PST March 31st, 2010. The winner will be announced the next day.
Good luck!

I listen to audio on my computer at home either when I working (I’m a part-time WAHM) or when doing household chores (which bore me silly).
If I have some free time I also listen while I knit.

I listen to audio books in the car on the commute into work with my husband. I subscribe to the newsletter and will post this giveaway in my sidebar for you…maybe I’ll tweet it…LOL

No need to enter me, babe. (I don’t do audio) I’m dropping in to say thanks for the e-mail. I’ve got this posted at Win a Book for you.
I’d love to be entered for this giveaway. I usually listen to audiobooks when I’m in the mood to do something with my hands, like knitting or baking.
I’m a participant in the World Religion Challenge, and I’ve read one book for the challenge so far (On the History of Myth, by Karen Armstrong).
Thanks.
I’m sort of addicted to audio books and haven’t heard the radio in my car for ages. I listen to books on my way to work and back home, and any other time I have to drive anywhere.
The only audio is what I won from you and I loved it!!! Please count me in once again. I am a newsletter follower.
I like to listen in the car mostly.

Just drop by to say hello, and it will be a bonus to win this. This gives me an idea what to read about Buddhism, instead of Isobel’s “Tibet with Love”. I have one review on Islam coming up, and “Understanding Judaism” on the pile…
Glad I found your blog, nice to have a comparative religion pro in my reading midst!
