Win My Technically Signed ARC of Frozen Tears
Yeah, see, maybe it’s because I’m relatively new to blogging and this is totally normal. But my ARC of Frozen Tears by Mary Ann MacAfee is not autographed in its usual place. Of course, how could an ARC be signed in the normal place, when it has no normal title page. Yet, still, it does have a title page; it’s just not signed there.
It’s signed on the inside of the back cover. Really, what it says is “for review purposes only, thank you, Mary Ann MacAfee”.
But, it’s not signed left to right. It’s signed vertically, bottom to top, which, if you turn it around 90 degrees, is actually left to right.
IDK, I just thought that was weird.
Nonetheless, I’m giving away this ARC.
AND, its an INTERNATIONAL give away.
To win, leave a comment answering this question: what is the farthest North you have ever been? (For me, it’s probably Vancouver, BC).
Other ways to win:

Go to Alaska, write BIBLIOFREAK in 8 foot letters in the snow, and take an Aerial photograph, and I will buy you a copy of the book. For real.
But you must do these things by Sept. 7th, 2009, 11:59 PM (PST) as that is when the contest ends. Winner will be announced Sept. 8th.

I’ve added you to my RSS feed.
Furthest north I’ve been is Reykjavik, Iceland – didn’t stay long, though, I was just changing planes!

The farthest north I have been…probably the Highlands of Scotland.
Aack..Mari, you just reminded me. I’ve been to Edinburgh, which, I believe, is farther North than Vancouver. Sorry for LYING to you all.

I have been to the Yukon – not far in, just over the border.
The farthest north I’ve been is Montreal, or, maybe Bar Harbor, ME. (I’d have to look on a map). Anyway, just posted this on Win A Book for you. No need to enter me.
I have been to Finland, Norway, Denmark and Sweden. Would have to check a map to see which one was the farthest north. Probably Finland.
I follow your blog on google reader

Hmmm–probably Carcross, Yukon. We went in September and it was freakin’ cold (compared to Dallas anyway). I’m subscribed to your blog and to twitter. Truthfully I usually pop in via comments, though, since your blog is partial feed on GReader. Can I convince you to change it? I swear I’m not the only one who doesn’t like this…… You still like me, right?
I’ve been to Kasibonika, Ontario, Canada (it’s close to Hudson Bay). I’ve also been to Edinburgh, Scotland. I don’t know the latitude but it was still light at 11pm in June!
Probably in Norway. It was light there all night, so that’s my guess, though I’ve never officially checked it out.
I would love to do the Alaska foot stamping in snow thing, but it’s a bit expensive right now. Maybe when my budget improves!
I’m a new twitter follower!

Well, I am a true Southern who has only seen snow few times in my life. The farthest North I have traveled is, Virgina. I hope to expand my travels.
