		<description>Interestingly enough, the Brazilian government/military is still going around rounding up street children and shooting them. There are hundreds of orphans in Brazil, especially in Rio and the  military continue to believe this is the best way to eliminate the problem. It is little publicized, but human rights groups around the world continue to fight to save these children.</description>
