When the Moors Ruled in Europe (DVD)

when-the-moors-ruled-in-europeYou can actually find this whole documentary for free online, but I picked it up at the library recently.  As you might be able to tell by yesterday’s post, I have been on a weird documentary kick as of late.  They’re nice to watch while doing boring stuff like paying bills.

Louisa May Alcott: The Woman Behind Little Women (DVD)

73881-104I had no idea just how much Little Women was based on Louisa May Alcott’s own life before watching this.  Actually, the things I knew about Louisa May Alcott included: her father was a transcendentalist & she grew up hanging out with Emerson and Thoreau; she was a tomboy who had sisters.  That’s about it.
