If you recall, I said of the book All the Kings Men by Robert Penn Warren that it was “an epic, character-driven, beautifully-written, philosophical, sad, political, morally-ambiguous, expertly-foreshadowed, thematic, hard to get immersed in, dramatic, ironic, difficult, sweeping book.”
